You may feel reassured that my story began way back in 1982 when I qualified.

What a different world it was then, Beauty Treatments were not as accessible as they are now!

Some may say “or as necessary as they are now!”

Wellness Massage and Wellness in the workplace was practically unheard of!!

I was fortunate to work in many 5* establishments, Greyshot Hall, Champneys, and Managing the Beauty Salons and Spas on many 5* cruise ships including Cunard’s QE2.

During this time I also met and learnt from some amazing therapists, allowing me to incorporate their ideas into my techniques.

Having left the Industry after 15 years, due to an allergic reaction to essential oils, I found I naturally progressed into Sales and eventually into Sales Recruitment.

I enjoyed 3 years in Sales Recruitment, again learning so much from my colleagues, but I found that the stresses and strains of everyday office life was sometimes quite unbearable. This inspired the idea; a chair massage and Indian head massage of course uses no oils and therefore no allergies!!  From this idea, Tranquil Therapies was born.

We can now ease the stress and strain of office life by performing these treatments in your office by bringing our own corporate massage chair’s.
